Pelican Projects Ltd is a project management company, specialising in the refurbishment of residential properties — quietly, meticulously, and to a standard that lasts.
About Us
A refined eye, built on four decades of experience.
Established over four decades ago by Peter Harris, Pelican Projects specialises in the refurbishment of residential properties. After years operating in Kensington, Chelsea and Wimbledon, the business settled near Petersfield — where referral work from London clients eased a seamless transition to rural property development and refurbishment.
Satisfying the client runs at the heart of everything. Whether aiding planning applications, construction inspiration, or finishing details, we act to ensure the process and the final product are of the highest standard.

TESTIMONIALS
A map of homes, built with trust.
“Pete created the most lovely home for me and turned a very tired house into a beautiful home. He is incredibly skilled and above all a craftsman who seems to be able to turn his hand to anything. He always comes up with ideas and solutions and nothing is ever a problem. He made the whole project into a very stress free experience. His team were delightful and worked incredibly hard as well as keeping everything organised and tidy. He is a star and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is taking on a building project.”

“Pete worked on a complete refurbishment of our house which took one and a half years. Pete is not just a builder; he is a craftsman. His attention to detail is exemplary and he has a creative mind which allows what seem to be intractable problems to find solutions. Nothing was too much trouble. Furthermore he can turn his hand to most tasks. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and felt we were lucky to be able to employ him.”

“Peter is a miracle man. Facing some difficult issues from a poor initial build of an annexe/cabin building by another company and a resulting building control audit I turned to Pelican Projects for expertise and solutions. Peter and his team did an amazing job. So detailed, so diligent, so resourceful, so hard working. All remedial work done, building control permit signed off. And Peter leads his team from the front getting stuck into everything himself. I cannot speak more highly of him and his team.”
